Kathy poses in front of a sign taped to the Yamamoto residence in Omiya-koen requesting passers-by clean up after their pets. Direct translation is actually, "This is not your dog's toilet! - Yamamoto" The meaning is to be inferred.
Omiya-Koen is a quiet, affluent neighborhood with a lot of imported automobiles on its streets. I once saw a Ferrari Testarossa at the flower shop. One can only imagine with the high import tarriffs what a car like that would cost in Japan!
